At Property Lux Lord, we believe in delivering both luxury and speed. All our pieces are pre-made, meaning there's no production delay — your order is processed and shipped the next day.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 5 PM EST are shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Example: Place an order Monday at 3 PM EST → it ships Tuesday. Place it Monday at 6 PM → it ships Wednesday.
SHIPPING SPEED & CARRIERS
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 2–5 business days

Note: These are estimated transit times and do not include the 1-day processing period.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Property Lux Lord is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for further guidance if this occurs.
